- The P/H (pneumatic oil pressure) type correction holder is the setting head that uses air pressure as a medium for correction drive, and causes elastic body with high rigidity to elastically deform in micron units with pneumatic hydraulic pressure to perform highly accurate correction operation.
- The compensation operation maintains high linearity and repeatability.
- By using the air pressure with high compressibility, the pressure applied to the control unit and the compensating head at both ends of the closed circuit has a bilateral characteristic and high accuracy is achieved even in the open control. The correction amount instruction can be easily changed from outside the machine.
- Compensation shift movement is a parallel movement type, and the boring bar has a rigid design, which provides design freedom. (We can also make options)
